  • 1 cup watercress
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled
  • ¼" slice ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup purified water


  • Place watercress, pineapple, bananas, ginger, and ½ cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
