Ginger is one of the stronger anti-inflammatory herbs that can easily be added to many foods and drinks. Ginger will spice up the flavor of dishes while reducing tummy troubles and cooling the inflammation associated with many diseases.

- 2 cups water
- 1 piece (2 inches) fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped or grated
- 2 cups ice
- 2 sprigs mint
- Boil the water. Remove from heat and add the ginger. Cover and allow to steep for 20 minutes. Let cool.
- Place the ice into a cocktail shaker and add ginger mixture. Shake then pour mixture into 2 cups. Garnish with mint.
