Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated gingerroot
  • 2 slices lemon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

Directions

  • Boil water and pour ¾ into mug. Add ginger, lemon, cinnamon stick, and maple syrup and allow to steep 10 minutes.
  • Add remaining ¼ cup boiling water. Relax and sip slowly.
