Ginger Maple Tea

- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. freshly grated gingerroot
- 2 slices lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- Boil water and pour ¾ into mug. Add ginger, lemon, cinnamon stick, and maple syrup and allow to steep 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ¼ cup boiling water. Relax and sip slowly.
