Ginger Peach Smoothie Bowl

Frozen peaches blend with fresh ginger to create all the flavor of a Bellini in a bowl. The hemp seeds add a boost of protein.

  • 3 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 medium avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1" piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ½ small peach, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds

Directions

  • ½ kiwi
  • In a hi-speed blender, puree peaches and avocado with ginger, honey, and coconut water to create a thick smoothie. Pour into a bowl. Top with blackberries, kiwi, peach slices, and hemp seeds.
