Ginger Peach Smoothie Bowl
Frozen peaches blend with fresh ginger to create all the flavor of a Bellini in a bowl. The hemp seeds add a boost of protein.

- 3 cups frozen peaches
- 1 medium avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1" piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- ½ cup coconut water
- ¼ cup blackberries
- ½ small peach, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- ½ kiwi
- In a hi-speed blender, puree peaches and avocado with ginger, honey, and coconut water to create a thick smoothie. Pour into a bowl. Top with blackberries, kiwi, peach slices, and hemp seeds.
