- 2 cups milk
- 1½ oz. ginger liqueur
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 Tbsp. simple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. whipped cream
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- Add milk, liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup to a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until warm, about 8 minutes.
- Pour mixture into two mugs. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
