- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup pecans
- Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, and ground cinnamon. Add the pecans, stirring to coat in the mixture.
- Increase heat to medium and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the brown sugar. Let the mixture boil for several minutes.
- Pour the pecan mixture onto a greased baking sheet and cool. Separate the mixture and store in an airtight container or plastic bag. (They will last for about 1 week.)
