The Glow Bowl
This dish is filled with all the raw-plant based nutrients to nourish your body and create a healthy glow from the inside out.

- 1⁄4 cup shredded beets
- 1⁄4 cup shredded carrots
- 1⁄4 cup shredded butternut squash
- 1⁄4 cup shredded yellow squash
- 1⁄4 cup shredded jicama
- 1⁄4 cup shredded zucchini
- 1⁄2 cup tempeh
- 1⁄4 cup Italian dressing
- Layer beets, carrots, butternut squash, yellow squash, jicama, and zucchini around the edges of the bowl.
- Crumble tempeh in a small bowl and toss with Italian dressing. Place in center of bowl.
- Toss all ingredients together and serve.
