The Glow Bowl

This dish is filled with all the raw-plant based nutrients to nourish your body and create a healthy glow from the inside out.

  • 1⁄4 cup shredded beets
  • 1⁄4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1⁄4 cup shredded butternut squash
  • 1⁄4 cup shredded yellow squash
  • 1⁄4 cup shredded jicama
  • 1⁄4 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1⁄2 cup tempeh
  • 1⁄4 cup Italian dressing


  • Layer beets, carrots, butternut squash, yellow squash, jicama, and zucchini around the edges of the bowl.
  • Crumble tempeh in a small bowl and toss with Italian dressing. Place in center of bowl.
  • Toss all ingredients together and serve.
