Gluten-Free Baby Back Ribs
You can use Asian or any kind of gluten-free barbecue sauce you wish. The trick is to cook the ribs in the sauce. Make sure to read the product labels carefully, as some barbecue sauces are thickened with wheat flour.

- 4 lbs. baby back ribs
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 cup gluten-free barbecue sauce
- 1 cup tomato juice
- ½ cup orange juice
- In a large frying pan, brown the ribs in the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until lightly brown, making sure to turn them as they cook.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cover. Cook over very low heat for 1 hour.
- Remove the ribs and continue cooking the sauce until reduced to 1 cup. Serve ribs with sauce for dipping.
