Gluten-Free Turkey Pesto Wrap
Make your own pesto sauce and use for this take-to-work/school sandwich. Use leftover pesto with your morning eggs, in potato salad, or spread on gluten-free bread, pizzas, and burgers.

- ¼ cup pesto sauce
- 4 gluten-free tortillas (6")
- 8 slices gluten-free deli roasted turkey meat
- 1 medium avocado, sliced
- 1 ½ cups salad greens
- Spread 1 tablespoon pesto on each tortilla. Layer 2 slices turkey, ¼ of the avocado, and lettuce on top of pesto. Wrap and enjoy!
