Gluten-Free Veggie Pizza

- 1 package (10.8 oz.) Simple Truth Organic™ Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix, prepared according to package instructions
- 1 cup Parlor Style Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons black olives, sliced
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Over crust, spread pizza sauce. Top with cheese, bell pepper, onion, broccoli and olives. Bake 10-15 minutes. To serve, cut into slices.
