Go Nutty! Smoothie
Protein, protein, protein! In addition to the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients from the iceberg and banana, the protein from the almond milk and Greek yogurt make this smoothie a powerful start to any day.

- 1⁄2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk, divided
- Combine the yogurt, iceberg, and banana in a blender with 1⁄2 cup of almond milk and blend thoroughly.
- Add the remaining almond milk while blending until desired consistency is reached.
