- 1 bottle (750 ml) Chardonnay
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 1 whole vanilla bean
- 2 cups raspberries
- 2 cups sparkling water
- In a large pitcher, stir wine and syrup. Drop in vanilla bean and raspberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Just before serving, remove vanilla bean and add sparkling water. Serve in champagne flutes.
