“Good Gracious!” Granola
Healthy, delicious, and packed with energy-boosting ingredients, this recipe is great mixed in with yogurt or as a crunchy topping on ice cream!

- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup canola oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup toasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ⅓ cup raisins
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the syrup, honey, oil, and vanilla, and mix well. Add the oats, sunflower seeds, chopped nuts, and cinnamon. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes. Shake the mixture or turn with a spatula, return to the oven, and continue baking for 10–15 minutes, or until crispy. Let cool, then transfer to large bowl and stir in raisins.
