  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • ½ lime, peeled
  • 2 cups green tea


  • Place spinach, apples, celery, cucumber, lime, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
