  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled
  • 1⁄2 lime, peeled
  • 2 cups green tea
  • 1 cup ice


  • Place spinach, apples, celery, cucumber, lime, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add ice and remaining 1 cup tea, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
