Bacon, lettuce, and tomato make this sandwich classic, and basil mayonnaise and focaccia make it gourmet.

- 1 4-inch square piece of focaccia, store-bought or homemade
- 3 pieces cooked bacon
- 1 basil leaf, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- ¼ cup mixed greens
- 3 slices tomato
- Slice the focaccia horizontally. Cut the bacon pieces in half.
- Mix basil and mayonnaise together and spread on underside of the top half of the focaccia.
- Layer the lettuce, tomato, and bacon on the bottom piece of focaccia. Top with the focaccia spread with the basil mayonnaise, and slice the sandwich on the diagonal into 2 triangles.
