Graham Cracker Crust
This crust can be used to form the base of cream pies, cheesecakes, and ice-cream pies. Other cookies can be substituted for the graham cracker crumbs, such as chocolate wafers, vanilla wafers, or gingersnaps.

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine crumbs, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add melted butter to crumb mixture; stir with a rubber spatula to combine.
- Press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 12 minutes; cool before filling.
