Granola and Yogurt Parfait
This is a nice and healthy way to start the day.

- 2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 cups low-fat granola
- 1 pint strawberries, washed and sliced
- 4 mint leaves
- Layer yogurt, granola, and strawberries in 2 glasses. Garnish with mint leaves.
