This sorbet is sweet, tart, refreshing, and full of vitamin C. For an adult version, add 2 tablespoons of gin to the mixture before churning. Check the instructions for your ice cream maker before beginning as you may need to freeze the bowl before adding the sorbet base.

- 3 cups fresh-squeezed pink grapefruit juice
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- In a large bowl, stir all of the ingredients together until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream or sorbet maker and churn according to manufacturerʼs instructions.
