Greek Salad Dip
Tailgate appetizers never looked so good! Hummus spread in a pretty dish is topped with classic Greek salad toppings.

- 2 containers (8 oz. each) Simple Truth Organic™ Original Hummus
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kroger® Kalamata Pieces in Brine
- 3 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup Private Selection™ Crumbled Traditional Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek vinaigrette
- Pita chips, cucumber slices and carrot sticks for serving
- In an 8” or 9” glass pie pan or shallow dish, spread hummus. Top with lettuce, tomato, olives, onion, pepperoncini and feta.
- Just before serving, drizzle with the Greek vinaigrette.
- Serve with pita chips and vegetables for dipping.
