Greek Salad Dip

Tailgate appetizers never looked so good! Hummus spread in a pretty dish is topped with classic Greek salad toppings.

  • 2 containers (8 oz. each) Simple Truth Organic™ Original Hummus
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kroger® Kalamata Pieces in Brine
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Private Selection™ Crumbled Traditional Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek vinaigrette
  • Pita chips, cucumber slices and carrot sticks for serving


  • In an 8” or 9” glass pie pan or shallow dish, spread hummus. Top with lettuce, tomato, olives, onion, pepperoncini and feta.
  • Just before serving, drizzle with the Greek vinaigrette.
  • Serve with pita chips and vegetables for dipping.
