Greek Taramosalata
This is a thick, creamy spread/dip with a hauntingly delicious flavor. Serve as a spread or dip for bread or raw vegetables.

Ingredients
- 5 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 1⁄2 yellow onion
- 2 lemons
- 4 oz. tarama (cured carp or cod roe)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
Directions
- Cut the bread and onion into chunks. Juice the lemons and discard them.
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
