Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. dried mint
  • ½ tsp. dried dill
  • 1 tsp. freeze-dried chives
  • ⅛ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. dried oregano
  • ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to intensify. Stir again before serving.
