Green Beans with Pine Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ⅓ cup pine nuts
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Directions

  • Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until fork tender, 4–5 minutes.
  • Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pine nuts and salt and sauté for 3 minutes or until pine nuts are lightly browned. Pour over green beans and serve hot.
