Ingredients

  • 4 carrots, trimmed
  • ½ cup chopped spinach
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • ½ turnip, including greens
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  • Process the carrots through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  • Add the spinach, followed by the lettuce.
  • Add the turnip and greens, followed by the parsley.
  • Whisk or shake the juice to combine the ingredients and serve over ice.
