Green Carrot Juice

- 4 carrots, trimmed
- ½ cup chopped spinach
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- ½ turnip, including greens
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Process the carrots through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Add the spinach, followed by the lettuce.
- Add the turnip and greens, followed by the parsley.
- Whisk or shake the juice to combine the ingredients and serve over ice.
