Green Chili Black Bean Dip
This dip tastes great served with tortilla chips, toasted bread, or bagel chips. It also makes a great filling for tacos and burritos!

- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cilantro
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, drained
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Use reserved liquid from black beans to bring the dip to the desired consistency.
