Green Chili and White Bean Dip

The creaminess of the white beans combined with sweet pepper and tangy green chilies makes this an irresistible appetizer. Serve with crudité.

  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ red bell pepper, roughly diced
  • ¼ cup canned green chilies
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt


  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until smooth.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
