  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup parsley leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water


  • Place the spinach, zucchini, parsley, garlic, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
