Green Goddess Dressing

Use only fresh herbs when making this dressing. In addition to being great on salads, green goddess is delicious as a sauce for grilled fish and vegetables and as a sandwich spread.

  • 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
  • 1⁄4 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
  • 1⁄8 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1⁄8 tsp. ground black pepper


  • Combine all the ingredients in blender or food processor. Pulse until well blended. Pour dressing into lidded container and refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before using.
