Green Goddess Dressing
Use only fresh herbs when making this dressing. In addition to being great on salads, green goddess is delicious as a sauce for grilled fish and vegetables and as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1⁄8 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in blender or food processor. Pulse until well blended. Pour dressing into lidded container and refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before using.
