  • 1 Thomas’ Original English Muffin
  • 1 pat matcha butter
  • 1⁄3 ripe avocado
  • 1 small handful baby spinach
  • 6 cucumber slices
  • 1 tablespoon bean sprouts


  • Split English muffin in half and toast.
  • Immediately spread the matcha butter on the bottom half and top with avocado, spinach, cucumber and sprouts.
  • Place the other half of the English Muffin on top and serve.
