Green Goddess English Muffin Sandwich

- 1 Thomas’ Original English Muffin
- 1 pat matcha butter
- 1⁄3 ripe avocado
- 1 small handful baby spinach
- 6 cucumber slices
- 1 tablespoon bean sprouts
- Split English muffin in half and toast.
- Immediately spread the matcha butter on the bottom half and top with avocado, spinach, cucumber and sprouts.
- Place the other half of the English Muffin on top and serve.
