Green Honey Banana Smoothie
The avocados in this smoothie are a great source of healthy fats, and they add a creamy texture without any dairy.

- 2 cups coconut milk from a carton, not a can
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 2 tsp. frozen spinach
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
