Green Lemonade Smoothie

Delicious on any hot day, most kids won’t pass up lemonade! Revamp the old nutrition-lacking version of lemonade by blending this delicious mix of real lemons, sweet apples, raw honey or agave nectar, vitamin-rich spinach, and green tea.

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and cored
  • 4 medium lemons, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. agave nectar
  • 2 cups brewed green tea
  • 1 cup ice


  • Place spinach, apples, lemons, honey or agave, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining tea and ice while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
