Green Onion Miso Soup

This simple soup of miso broth with chunks of tofu and bits of green onion in it is perfect before sushi.

  • 3 cups water
  • 4 Tbsp. miso
  • ½ cup cubed tofu
  • 3 sliced green onion

Directions

  • Boil the water and combine it with the miso.
  • Divide the tofu and green onions among four bowls. Pour the miso broth into the bowls. Serve hot.
