Green Power Smoothie
Green smoothies are full of antioxidant-packed leafy greens.

- 1 apple, peeled, cored, and cubed
- 1⁄2 cup seedless green grapes
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1 1⁄2 cups crushed ice
- 1⁄4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
