Ingredients

  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and cubed
  • 1⁄2 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1 1⁄2 cups crushed ice
  • 1⁄4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
