Green Sauce

This is a versatile sauce, wonderful over salmon. Try it on all types of seafood or chicken—even vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup snipped fresh dill
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 6 fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

  • Whirl all ingredients in blender or food processor. Store in the refrigerator.
