Green Tea Green Smoothie
With all of the intense nutrition packed into a green smoothie, how could it get any better? Add powerful antioxidant-rich green tea to the vitamins and minerals provided by the rich greens and citrus!

- 1⁄2 cup baby spinach
- 2 medium lemons, peeled
- 2 medium apples, cored and peeled
- 1 piece (1⁄2 inch) ginger, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 cups brewed green tea
- Place spinach, lemons, apples, ginger, honey, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining tea while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
