Green Tomato and Jalapeño Salsa
Fresh salsas are best when used the same day as you make it. Serve this as a sauce for grilled meats or as a dip with tortilla chips.

- 1 large white onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 jalapeño peppers, stems removed and chopped
- 8 medium green tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, leaves chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
