A little bit of peppery watercress complements the tempers the sweetness of the red grapes and pears in this nutrient-packed green smoothie.

- 1 cup watercress
- 3 cups red grapes
- 2 medium pears, cored and peeled
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- Place watercress, grapes, pears, and almond milk in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add ice, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
