Grill Seasoning

This seasoning adds great flavor to any meat or vegetable you are going to cook on the grill. Use about 2 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of meat.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in cool place in tightly sealed container. Mixture can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
