Grilled Cantaloupe Prosciutto Skewers
Kick off your summer dinner party with an appetizer everyone is sure to love. These Grilled Cantaloupe Prosciutto Skewers are easy to make and pair nicely with a sour beer which offers tart flavors to balance the sweet and salty flavors of these skewers.

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cantaloupe, cut into 1" cubes
- 4 prosciutto
- 1 dash Olive oil
- 1 small bunch Fresh mint, for garnish
- 1 package wood skewars, soaked
Directions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Build skewers by piercing skewer with prosciutto. Add cantaloupe cubes, then wrap the prosciutto around and pierce again. Add another cube or two of fruit and secure the other end of prosciutto to the skewer.
- Repeat with remaining fruit and prosciutto.
- Preheat a grill to medium heat.
- Brush skewers with olive oil then place on the grill. Grill about 3 minutes per side, then place on a platter. Garnish with fresh mint.
