Grilled Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
- 8 oz. tortilla chips
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup pico de gallo
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
Directions
- Heat grill to medium heat. Layer two sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a work surface. Fold up the edges to form a 1” border. Spread half of the tortilla chips on the bottom of the packet.
- In a medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, taco seasoning and chicken. Toss until well coated, then spread half of the mixture over the tortilla chips. Top with half of the cheese, then repeat with remaining chips, chicken and cheese.
- Grill 4-6 minutes, until cheese is melted. Top with pico de gallo, cilantro and jalapeno.
- Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
