Grilled Citrus Chicken
This chicken may be broiled instead of grilled, although you won’t get the smoky flavor that comes from grilling if you choose that route. To broil, place chicken on a broiler pan in a preheated oven with chicken 6 inches from heat. Broil on both sides until chicken reaches 170°F.

- 2 lbs. chicken tenders, trimmed
- 2⁄3 cup orange juice
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. orange zest
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- Place chicken in a gallon-sized zip-top bag. In mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Divide the marinade in half. Pour one half of marinade over chicken and reserve the other half. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
- Prepare a grill. Grill chicken over indirect-medium heat for 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Brush chicken with marinade throughout cooking. Serve hot.
