This is best cooked outdoors on a gas or charcoal grill. Serve it with sugar-free ice cream or sorbet.

- 4 thick slices fresh pineapple, core and skin removed
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Splenda
- Set your grill at medium high or wait until the coals turn white. Brush both sides of the pineapple rings with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with sugar. Grill until you see grill marks and turn. Grill for a few more minutes.
