Grilled Scallops with Bacon

- 1 lb. sea scallops
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 6 bacon slices, partially cooked and cut into 2" pieces
- Toss the scallops with oil, salt, and pepper. Thread on skewers, alternating with bacon pieces. Grill scallop and bacon skewers, turning once, until scallops are opaque in the center (approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side). Serve warm.
