Grilled Scallops with Bacon

  • 1 lb. sea scallops
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 bacon slices, partially cooked and cut into 2" pieces


  • Toss the scallops with oil, salt, and pepper. Thread on skewers, alternating with bacon pieces. Grill scallop and bacon skewers, turning once, until scallops are opaque in the center (approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side). Serve warm.
