Grilled Tuna Steaks with Mustard

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1⁄2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. albacore tuna steaks (fresh, or frozen and defrosted)
- Combine the olive oil, mustard, honey, and black pepper; pour over steaks. Marinate in the refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
- Remove from marinade and grill for 1 to 3 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Fish will be white and flaky.
