Grilled Tuna Steaks with Mustard

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 lb. albacore tuna steaks (fresh, or frozen and defrosted)

Directions

  • Combine the olive oil, mustard, honey, and black pepper; pour over steaks. Marinate in the refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
  • Remove from marinade and grill for 1 to 3 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Fish will be white and flaky.
