Ham, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

  • 1 Simple Truth™ Natural Cage Free Grain Fed Large Brown Eggs Grade A
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Coarse salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Simple Truth Organic™ Smoky Chipotle Pepper Hot Sauce, to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 slices Simple Truth™ Uncured Smoked Ham
  • 2 slices Simple Truth Organic™ 21 Grains & Seeds Bread, toasted
  • 2 Vermont white cheddar cheese slices


  • Preheat broiler.
  • In small bowl, whisk together egg and water. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce.
  • In small skillet coated with cooking spray, cook egg over medium heat; set aside.
  • In same skillet, heat ham for 1 minute.
  • Arrange ham on bread and place cooked egg on top. Top with cheese and place under broiler for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Lay other bread slice on top to serve.
