The Hangover Helper Smoothie
This smoothie is the perfect pick-me-up to calm your head and your stomach while pleasing your taste buds.

- 1 large apple, cored and peeled
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 1 piece (1⁄2 inch) ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- Place apple, banana, ginger, and half of the almond milk in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining almond milk while blending until desired texture is achieved.
