Healthy Berry Smoothies

You can vary this recipe any way you’d like, using the berries and fruits you like best. This recipe even sneaks in a tomato to add more nutrition, but it can be omitted.

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 medium Roma tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 ice cubes


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour immediately into glasses and serve.
