Healthy Berry Smoothies
You can vary this recipe any way you’d like, using the berries and fruits you like best. This recipe even sneaks in a tomato to add more nutrition, but it can be omitted.

- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 medium Roma tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 3 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour immediately into glasses and serve.
