  • ¾ cup quick oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp. ground ginger
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries


  • Place oats, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and ginger in a small microwave-safe bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave 3 minutes on high.
  • Carefully remove plastic wrap, stir well to combine, and top with blueberries. Serve immediately.
