- ¾ cup quick oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp. ground ginger
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- Place oats, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and ginger in a small microwave-safe bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave 3 minutes on high.
- Carefully remove plastic wrap, stir well to combine, and top with blueberries. Serve immediately.
