Herb Hummus

Use this as a dip, or to spread on chicken or fish.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 packed cup fresh basil
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth. Store in an air-tight container in refrigerator for 5–7 days or in freezer for 3–4 months.
