Herbed Mashed Potatoes
Simply luscious, these potatoes are great on their own or paired with beef or fish. Serve these potatoes with an added pat of butter on top to kick up the creamy, delicious flavor.

- 1½ lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- ⅛ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ Tbsp. dried oregano
- ½ Tbsp. dried thyme
- ½ Tbsp. dried rosemary
- ½ Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Heat a large saucepan or pot over high heat. Add potatoes, salt, and enough cold water to cover tops of potatoes. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook potatoes about 15 minutes. When potatoes are done, drain water and place potatoes back in pot.
- Add milk, butter, and start to mash with potato masher. After about 1 minute of mashing, add garlic powder, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and pepper. Continue mashing to desired consistency.
